College & Career
College & Career marks our Scholars’ graduation from the Peace Pathway, but the Peace team makes sure students feel supported and connected to us in their lives after high school. By guiding students through the process of identifying, adapting and achieving their academic and personal goals in the post-secondary years, we aim for scholars to be leaders on their college campuses and home communities.

- Coaching and Support from the College & Career Program Manager
- Guidance and Support in Accessing and Using Campus Resources
- Care Packages with Goodies and Hand-written Notes of Encouragement!
Our Goals
- At the end of the “13th year,” Hilltop Scholar graduates are still enrolled in postsecondary education, the trades, or employed.
- Scholars report plans to continue education enrollment (if not already enrolled).
